(as a service user),

My husband was admitted as an emergency patient.

He was first in the Acute Assessment Ward and then transferred to A22 Stoke Ward. He was discharged five days later. I cannot speak too highly of the quality of the care which he received from everybody from doctors and nurses to the support staff.

He was treated professionally and with great kindness and sympathy from staff, all of whom were extremely busy. I cannot thank everyone enough.
