"Treated like royalty"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Was in endoscopy for a procedure, the staff treated me like royalty, explained everything to me, calmed me down even though I was very nervous.

After having the procedure carried out on two previous occasions at The Royal Jubilee Hospital where I felt like I was a nuisance.
