"The nurses/care staff made you feel valued as an individual"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

The nurses and other staff on this ward were absolutely terrific. The colonoscopy can be a stressful, and for some an embarrassing procedure. The nurses/care staff made you feel valued as an individual, and nothing was too much bother for them. They were all cheerful and understanding. Overall they made a bad experience much much better.

I agree that coming for a Colonoscopy can be stressful and a bit embarrassing, however I am pleased to hear that the nursing staff made the experience much better for you. I will pass your kind comments on to the nursing team.
