Since coming to inclusion I have had support mentally & physically & emotionally. Mentally I have been able to feel & see things clearer & now been referred to the mental health team after a long time of feeling confused.
Physically I have now started a women's boxing class, which I plan on continuing to attend, it has also helped my mentality & my emotional health.
I also attend numerous groups which have & still are me in all aspects, including housing, relationships, and such like life skills.
