"Rushed to hospital with appendicitis"

I would just like to take the time to say thank you to all of those Health Professionals from HCSW in DGRI to the staff nurses that looked after me in the few days I was in Ward 4. I was rushed into hospital with an Appendicitis which, I have to say is the worst pain I have ever came across in the 25 years of my life. I had my operation on the Saturday night/into the morning.

I didn't have the best recovery from the anaesthetic but I was cared for and looked after by a team of Staff nurses and HCSW. 2 people in particular - Julie  and another staff nurse who was a wonderful lady who, I believe is south African spoken ( unfortunately I cant remember her name) I would like to pass on my thanks to both of these ladies. I couldn't have felt more cared for, they assisted and supported me in so many ways in my recovery from the op and from anaesthetic and for that I really am grateful. My pain was kept under control, whenever I needed anything they were more than helpful.

Thank you all in ward 4 but especially to these two ladies I have mentioned.
