I was admitted with abdominal pain. From the moment of arrival I felt cared for, respected and important.
Everything was dealt with efficiently and everything was fully explained at every step. All the staff took an interest in me as a person not just a list of symptoms.
Nothing was a problem. When test results were slightly later than they had hoped for they let me informed.
Every member of staff were so kind and there is nothing that could have made that better. Two members of staff were of particular note. Kit who was on nights and Debbie who was on day shift.
Kit was patient, kind, helpful and a true professional. Even at 3 am she was smiling and making you feel as if you were on a private ward. Debbie again truly first class care and also the time she took explaining everything about what was happening to my son who has learning difficulties was truly wonderful.
"From the moment of arrival I felt cared for, respected and important."
