(as the patient),

I had my hip operation at Louth Hospital which is part of the ULH NHS Trust. I was under the care of Mr Rowsell of Lincoln County Hospital.

Everyone who I came into contact with at both Lincoln and Louth Hospitals gave me top-class treatment. The Customer Care was of particular merit and I did not come across anyone who was not polite and helpful.

The nursing staff, anaesthetists and doctors at Louth Hospital were excellent.

I have been fortunate not to have needed surgery for many years and can only give all involved my highest praise and thanks.
