Visited the eye unit today which is part of Maidstone and not Medway, However appointment located in Medway appointment time excellent, care and communication outstanding. Had laser treatment, Doctor outstanding, excellent communication and care. Got lost due to sight loss and staff around hospital brilliant so very helpful. Overall put at ease, quality of treatment and care outstanding. Massive thank you.
