"Community Rehabilation for Walking"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Physiotherapy for adults Greenhill

(as the patient),

I recently moved into Greenhill Nursing Home nursing home in May 2017.

Gradually my walking has diminished so my daughter asked the GP for a referral to physio in order to get me mobile again and aid the staff in the home. I didn't want to end up in a wheelchair constantly or to be in a hoist all the time.

I was attended to by a physiotherapist named Samantha (sorry surname not known).

Samantha was delightful, caring, encouraging and patient and has provided me with the confidence and incentive to keep trying to move around.

I commend her skills and professionalism and cheery personality and do hope she is thanked for this service, her attitude was a joy to experience.

Thank you

Dear Walthamstow,

I'm really pleased to read that our Rehabilitation service has given you the confidence and incentive to move around. I will pass on your compliments to Samantha in the service.

Kind regards
