Dear Bourn

Thank you for sharing how you felt about coming to the hospital.

I think it must make you feel quite nervous when you have to get up early and come to hospital especially when you are not exactly sure what might need to happen when you get here. I hope that your visit went well and that you coped well with it all.

Our doctors and nurses work very hard to make sure that you are looked after while you are here and want to make sure that you have all the information that you need before and during any hospital visits. If you do need to visit again please get in touch with the team looking after you if you have any questions and they will do their best to answer your questions and put your mind at rest.

I hope you are feeling better now

Best wishes

Pam
