Thank you for sharing feedback on your recent visit to the hospital. I was sorry to hear that your son had a sore tummy and had to attend the emergency department. It is always a worrying time when children are unwell and have to visit hospital.

Our staff strive to see and treat patients as quickly as possible whilst also making them feel looked after and reassured. The team in the emergency department will be delighted to hear that they were able to put you and your son at ease.

I hope your son is recovering and feeling better now
