(as the patient),

My experience in this ward has been 1st class as the staff have been excellent kind and patient with all patients in all circumstances.

Some patients require a great deal of patients from the staff and the tolerance is exceptional.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
