"An essential service"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as a parent/guardian),

I've had to use the walk in centre several times with my children, including asthma, bronchiolitis and foot and mouth. Every time the staff are great and give us the help we need without needing to go to whiston hospital for relatively minor thing. Although most times with bronchiolitis we've had to go to hospital, I think without the walk in we could have tried to wait the night out and put our kids at risk. I wish there was more investment as it's an essential service
