"Being a patient"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Moor Green

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been on Moor Green ward for a year. I feel let down because nothing has changed. I haven't done anything wrong in six months. I would like to have more leave and time outside of the hospital in the community.

Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion, it is really important that we give eveyone a voice to raise their concerns.

Have you spoken with your team or your care coordinator to get a plan as to what needs to change for you to have more leave. Sometimes having a clear plan can make things seem less frustrating.

If you would like to explore this further, try talking to your care coordiantor or nurse manager.
