"Impromptu visit to breast clinic"

I accompanied my Mother on a visit to the eye clinic and while we were at the hospital we decided to visit the Breast Clinic to ask a question regarding her current medication. The staff were amazing. We walked in and were greeted straight away even though we did not have an appointment. My Mother was taken to a side room and within minutes we had seen two breast care nurses and her question had been answered. Not only that but the nurses and staff were so welcoming. My Mother is going through an awful lot at the moment and it was a breath of fresh air to be dealt with in such a caring manner. Thank you.
