More help needed to enable deaf people to communicate.
Deaf awareness training is not evident.
A reasonable adjustment would be to offer communication via email instead of answer phones for people with hearing loss.
I can't hear my name called at clinics and ask staff to follow request about communication needs on front of my hospital notes.
This doesn't always happen.
