"My Daughter"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter crashed her scooter into her brothers resulting in her falling and hurting her wrist. I took her to Hairmyers A/E where she was triaged and sent to minor injuries where the nurse practitioner Carol assessed and treated my daughter. Turns out after an x/Ray my daughter had two fractures to her left wrist, just like to thank the care and professionalism shown to my daughter and I.

Dear briker

I am sorry to hear about your daughter's accident. I hope she is recovering well and that her brother was unharmed. I appreciate you taking the time to thank the staff after this traumatic event.

Feedback is important to all staff and I will ensure that your comments are shared with Carol. She will be delighted that you found the care to be efficient and professional.

I wish your daughter a speedy recovery and thank you again for your comments.

Kind regards

Lise
