"My confidence levels have increased"

About: Brooksby Day Hospital / Occupational Therapy

(as the patient),

Each team member knows their subjects very well, points were raised I hadn't thought about.

I have taken on board all advice given which has made a big difference.

Help with continence, walking, shower safety.

I was given help with visual impairment advice.

I fell my confidence levels have increased and I feel much better now than I did.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
