Usual first class treatment in haematology,but unimpressed with reception on top floor.Had not been here before and was told abruptly to go downstairs.When I asked where the stairs were, the receptionist flung their arm out and said "over there".General attitude uncaring.Glad to say once I found the right place, a different atmosphere.Everyone helpful and caring,appointment on time.
