I had a procedure done recently in Endoscopy firstly we got lost and were met with a lovely nurse called Lynne, who directed us to the right place.
The unit is so bright and clean you would think it was a private hospital although I could never afford that. I was very worried and a lovely nurse looked after me very well and calmed me down and explained everything.
She must have a lot of patience because I had numerous questions which she answered. Thank yo she was called Carlyn. All the staff were great so whoever runs this unit they should be very proud to have such lovely nurses who worked tirelessly for the patients benefit.
I was also treated by a wonderful Doctor Sengupta who was very kind and caring who treated me as a person not a number which is unusual in this day and age. T
The only thing that I was rather disappointed with was the nurses do not have tea breaks which is ridiculous as they work long hours so this should be changed as it would not be tolerated in an office or shop.
I have nothing but praise for staff in this unit I could not have had better treatment if I was rich enough to go private thank you to all
"I have nothing but praise for staff in this unit"
