"They have never completed said plans"

About: Southmead Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I have been a patient at Southmead Hospital numerous times over the past couple of years, and I have had promlems with a number of consultants.

They have never completed said plans, they discharged me too early and never listen to me.

I have spoken to other patients who have been under a certain consultant, and they are of the same opinion.

The nursing staff for the most part are brilliant. However, the Doctors in my experience leave much to be desired.

I will not be going back there to be treated like a second class patient, or a waste of time. Nor will I put up with being told to go home and put up with the breathing difficulties I have, as there isn't anything more they can do.

I have made a complaint, so we will see what happens there.

I am very sorry that you have not had a good experience, and that you continue to have problems with your health. However, I note that you state that you have sent us a formal complaint.
