"Cancelled appointment."

In December 2016 I was advised I would need to come back to clinic with an up dated PSA blood test as my level was 3.94 I have just received a voice message cancelling my appointment for 10.07.17 and was told when I rang in a new appointment may not be until September 2017. My latest PSA level is 6.0, I have had some blood in urine, hip and back pain, erectile dysfunction and other symptoms. I'm not waiting another 2 months to then potentially be told " If you had come sooner we could have helped"
