"The gave me back my confidence as a mum"

About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a service user),

I went to the GP desperate and depressed with myself and my daughter's sleep and behaviour. Sure Start and a health visitor together helped me through and gave me back my confidence as a mum. I now understand my daughter a little better, enjoy her again and feel confident I can put everything I have learnt into practice.

Thankyou for taking the time to tell us about your experience of Ladybrook Children centre. Family Support can help with behaviour management aswell as sleep routine, its good to read that this help and support has increased your confidence as a Mum. Well done for putting the advice into practice as it seems to be working.

We hope to see you and your daughter again at one of the many play sessions on offer at Ladybrook Children centre.
