"It's just the odd things that need improving"

The service before and after my c section was great. However the day after when it came to the baby and myself being checked it took a very long time and wasn't consistent. We didn't have a red book, however this was provided when baby was checked. The midwife asked me to remove dressing and she would check my wound but still haven't been seen. Overall the service is great and I would recommend the hospital, it's just the odd things that need improving and as someone who doesn't cause a fuss it's difficult to get the attention you may need.
