I dont have a care plan I think. I like getting off the ward and look forward to Mondays shopping

Hi,

I am concerned that you dont feel you have a care plan as all patients have them. You should however be involved in writing your care plans and have a copy if you would like one.

Do you think you could ask your named nurse for your care plan and ask them to go through it with you?. If you are not happy with it then you need to talk about it and see what can be changed to included what you would like. If you don't feel you can ask your named nurse then speak with Chris your ward manager and he will help you.
