(as the patient),

My named nurse helps me keep tidy and clean and shaved every morning which is good. they do talk about a care plan for me. I have seen some bullying but this does not happen to me.. I am a big chap ..my nurse is kind to me and helped me get a radio from the shop. I like to play the tambourine in the LD Band. the Southwell day centre could be open more. the food is getting good but I would like more photos. Having all the staff around and helping me makes me happy here. thank you.

Good news that your nurse supports you and helps you keep things tidy and supports you with your daily living. I enjoy seeing the LD band so keep this up, its good for us to watch and listen to you as much as it is for you to play and feel part of the band. Well done. I will pass your comments on about the food and having pictures with this to help you choose, thats a good idea.
