(as the patient),

My original appointment for the removal of a cyst was late August 2017 which was during a holiday period while I would be abroad. I contacted the number given on Monday and was offered a cancellation for today, (Wednesday) I was very impressed with all the staff who dealt with me---- from the lady who suggested the cancellation, to Christine who took me along to the procedure room and David who explained everything and did the excision.
