On 26th June approximately 09. 30 I had to call 999 as I suspected my mother had sepsis. She was attended by Shaun and Hannah. Throughout the visit, in the ambulance to A&E, and in A&E I found them to be professional, treating my elderly mother with dignity and respect. They carried out a thorough assessment, which was helped by their exceptionally good communication skills, talking to my mother who is hard of hearing and was feeling dreadful at the time in an appropriate manner. They also communicated well with me. They acted professionally but with just the right amount of friendliness to reassure us and make us feel we were in safe hands. I cannot praise this crew highly enough, they are definitely 2 people to have around when the chips are down!
I am pleased to say that my mother is now recovering at home.
