"My cancer journey"

(as the patient),

August 2016 I saw my GP Dr Calder about my rather large tummy. I was 68yrs old and knew something was wrong. Within days I had a blood test a scan and was referred to the QMC in Nottingham. I saw an excellent gynaecologist Mr Nunns who confirmed cancer of the uterus. My treatment had begun. 6 sessions of chemo. Amazing drs and nurses. Hurray the cancer has gone and my life goes on. Thank you to everybody.
