"Pure professionalism and total understanding"

Wonderful GPs at Maryhill for the pure professionalism and total understanding, care, reassurance and kindness. After being transferring to Surgical Assessment Unit, Day Case Unit provided a quiet, privateplace to wait until bed became available & started the paperwork brilliant staff. Once transferred to SAU again though they were absolutely busy there was a calm with staff at all times, explanations at all stages due to being in incredible pain my hubby was able to ask questions on my behalf, keeping us both informed always introducing themselves....again when I was admitted via GMeds on Saturday the GP was great again he had read my history so no reliving everything just building on what had since happened, the staff were wonderful picking up on previous admittance & not wishing me to go over everything again just great, student nurse, staff nurses & everyone so kind. Trying to source medication for me is challenging & the staff especially Dr Mcleod perceived & was extremely helpful with Duty Pharmacist at Boots on a Sunday. The care I have received has been excellent having the condition I have it's so reassuring to know there are such terrific people in the NHS who continue to treat people with care, respect, dignity & involve & support relatives.
