I had an appointment today at the breast clinic (clinic E) ARI today. I couldn't fault a single thing the entire time I was there. The booklet I received along with my appointment letter made everything clear and I felt I was prepared for any tests/procedures that may be carried out. Also it made me aware I could be there for up to 4 hours.
The moment I arrived I was greeted by a very polite receptionist who started to make me feel at ease. I ended up seeing a total of 7 medical staff members including student nurse/staff nurse/OPA/specialist nurse/radiographer/consultants all of whom couldnt have been more lovely. Each and every one of them had smiles and explained everything thoroughly. In total I only spent about 2 hours in the clinic but all tests were carried out thoroughly and I received my results there and then. Probably the best outpatient department I have ever been in!
