"My son thought they were lovely"

About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had fallen and landed heavily on his head. I took him to a&e straight away where I was looked after by a lovely receptionist, followed by Nicola the nurse and Sarah the consultant. Both Nicola & Sarah explained what they were doing and my son thought they were lovely too. They didn't just examine my son but they made it fun so he didn't really realise that they were checking anything. We just wanted to say thank you to them both.

Hi Mum23

What a lovely story thank you for sharing. I hope your son is on the mend and feeling better. I'll make sure to share this with Sarah, Nicola and reception. It’s so good to be able to share positive experiences patients/families have with our services directly with the teams that delivery them. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how lovely our staff were to your boy.

Best wishes

Kerry
