(as the patient),

I would like to thank Dr Gleser from Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. Dr. Gleser took time to explain everything at my appointments, she made me feel at ease and asked how things affected me. She gave me lots of additional advice, leaflets and contacts for extra information. I feel Dr. Gleser listened to my concerns and addressed them all fully. I have left all appointments with Dr. Gleser a much happier person, knowing that I have the best information for my health.
