I could not have done this without STARS and they have encouraged me to make changes. Without the help, I would not have fully prepared to go to detox and been able to stay stopped following detox.

The staff at City Roads and STARS were very nice. My Keyworker Tony  prepared me for what recovery was going to be like and was very patient with me. I am glad I am off alcohol and I want to thank everyone for their support and I am very grateful.

I hope everyone who comes to the service listens so they can make the same changes. Thank you, everyone, again.

It is fantastic you have achieved your abstinence with the help or STARs and City Road inpatient detox. I am so glad you feel you were fully prepared as detox, it is a massive commitment. Keep attending especially our recovery network so you can keep building on your recovery resilience and achieving your goals.
