What I liked

The people I met seemed to treat me like an intelligent human being, which has not always been the case in other hospitals.

Its also much easier to park than in other hospitals.

What could be improved

The appointment making system, but that could be the NHS as opposed to Molesey logo

Thank you for giving us your feedback. It is great to hear your were happy with your interaction with staff, we do aim to 'put the patient first' and I am very pleased to be able to tell the team at Molesey Community Hospital about this positive comment.

I'm sorry to hear that the appointment system caused you some frustration - we do have a referrals project running now to examine how we handle appointments and make this fit the needs of all parties.
