After being knocked off my bike during a triathlon in Dunoon today I was taken to the emergency department at Cowal Community Hospital. I was so grateful to the ambulance team/nurses/radiographer/doctor and I was given such an exceptional standard of care. From the moment of first response to discharge I felt that I was in good hands and was treated with such kindness all along the way. The staff who treated me were an absolute credit to the NHS and I couldn't be more grateful.
