(as a service user),

I went to a drop in session for help and advice. I was so happy with the service and respct given to me as an individual it showed a lot of care and professionalism. I got checked and we discussed options. I felt much more at ease here than with my GP. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and staff knew what they were doing.

Great experience and a great service to the public. I saw a nurse called Glynn and she is lovely! Hope the service continues as its important for people to have access to healthcare like this.

I was apprehensive and embarrassed when I was going to the session but I came away with a lot of information and treatment for an infection I didn't realise I even had. If the clinic wasn't there I would not have approached my GP and wouldn't have gotten tested either.

Not only is it wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience but I'm sure you will also put other people's minds at rest who might feel nervous about coming into a Sexual Health Clinic.

We understand that people can get anxious but as you have highlighted we have a wonderful team who are here to help, listen and support.
