(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been a service user for over two years and I have had a really good experience with my health and social care. My treatment has been valuable and STARS have played a massive part in my journey.

The best thing about the service is everything that is on offer. The groups provide great information on how to stay safe and maintain recovery. Meditation and acupuncture provide me with calmness and I also enjoy the identification with the other service users when we take part in social events run by the service.

If I have ever felt embarassed about relapsing it has been immediately made clear that there is no judgement and I have always been welcomed back and encouraged to start again.

I would like to thank all the staff as they are all approachable and friendly.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. It is always really useful to hear what service users thing are working well within our service and from your feedback it appears you access all of our holistic interventions.

It is great to hear that you haven't felt judged when you have relapsed, it is really important to me as Service Manager to ensure all service users are treated with dignity and respect regardless of where they are at with there journey of change by our staff.
