"I went into A & E but ..."

What I liked

I went into A & E but do not remember anything about it, however my family who were with me tell me I had excellent treatment. From there I was admitted to Acute Adult ward, where I spent the night and the next day. I was i,mpressed by the services offered, i.e food was good, and the place was clean and well cared for. The staff were very kind and caring, and the doctors, students etc. who visited me during the day were very friendly and reassuring. I would like the people involved to know how much I appreciated their care and will speak highly of them to my friends and acquaintances. Thankyou.

What could be improved

Perhaps if my stay had been longer I might have found something, but I was very satisfied with the standards.

Anything else?

I would like to commend the service I rreceived from the Ambulance Service. I do not remember much about it but I am told they wereI very good indeed. I hope thisi message and messages like this reach the staff involved.
