I was referred to the hospital to deal with excessive sweating and also for portraying symptoms of an over active thyrroid. It is my first visit to hospital for any issues that I have and i was not impressed by the way in which the consultant dealt with me.
The reception staff and assistant nurse were lovely and happy to help.
The consultant was rude, constantly sighing and making me feel like I was wasting their time. I was referred for treatment which they said is unavailable. Instead I left deflated, less confident and with medication that after 2 weeks is making zero difference. Expect a constant dry mouth. I am also having difficulty retrieving blood results.
"Reception staff and assistant lovely...."
