Spoke to Inclusion Matters Wirral today about my wait time. I was assessed mid last year and I still have not been referred to the correct service for my needs. Staff was apologetic but ultimately said that there was nothing they could do. Lack of funding, lack of staff, too much need for the resources. To me, when someone is waiting this long for a service, then this service who gets commissioning funding is clearly not working.
Inclusion matters please don't respond and advice me to call your number like you did to the previous reviewer who has been waiting 400 days. I have already been told that I am looking for 'at least' another 100 day wait.
