"Emergency tracheotomy"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

I was transferred to Lincoln hospital 2 weeks ago where my breathing deteriorated, I had to have an emergency tracheotomy but the care I received while I stayed in hospital was amazing.. it has been the best care I've received for 22 years.. the nurses are so caring, kind.. when I felt down they made sure I was ok and that I didn't need anything

I owe Clayton ward a lot if it wasn't for the nurses I doubt I would be here they were the only people that listened to me when no one else would.

amazing care, amazing people
