About: Western General Hospital (Edinburgh) Western General Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

Elapsed time from initial sample submitted to national bowel screening service to second sample and subsequent colonoscopy to all clear letter was 6 weeks.

A truly fantastic service with clear communications, efficient processes and professional and caring nurses and doctors.

I don't understand where the nagativity surrounding the Scottish NHS comes from as all my experiences have been first class.
