Today my son had an operation to put grommets in and remove adenoids at High Wycombe hospital. He had never been in hospital before and we were all very anxious. From the start every single one of you staff on the children's ward made us feel welcome, comfortable and answered any questions. They completely made our son as relaxed as he could be and kept him busy to take his mind of things. As parents we were quite emotional too and the staff were very supportive and understanding. You made this tough experience a lot easier for all of us, thank you we appreciated it so much.
