(as the patient),

Less than 24 hours after surgery I was contacted by ward 28 to inform me that my follow up treatment will start on 8th May. That's what I call first class patient care! ! ! I know our NHS I stretched to the limit but I have never had anything but first class treatment from the staff at RAH. Thank you so much and keep up the good work 😊😊

What could be improved, staggered admittance.
