What could be improved

i was seen very quickly, then i was told i would be sent an appointment 2 weeks after my 1st visit and here we are 24 days later with numerous phone calls to the hospital and Inhealth and doctors, the hospital and Inhealth people have never heard of me!!!! how could it all go wrong? Will phone again soon and hope someone might have news for me>
