(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter attended ophthalmology (outpatients RACH) after being found to have visual loss at her preschool check.

All staff were friendly and helpful and explained everything to us.

We didn't have long to wait which is important for children and parents who may already be anxious.

We are so lucky to have our NHS!

Hi, Thanks so much for taking the time to post your feedback.Staff work very hard to ensure that clinics run on time but as you can imagine this doesn't always go to plan! You are right waiting for appointments can be an anxious time for children and parents so I am so glad that in this instance you were seen promptly. I will share your feedback with the teams involved and they will be delighted that your experience was a positive one.
