I was recently in for an Acl reconstruction. I just have to say the, the whole process from start to finish has been excellent.
All the staff I dealt with during my stay, which was just over 24 hours did everything they could go enaure that I was comfortable.
After coming home for a few days,
I was a little unsure about the surgery, with some minor redness appearing. It was late, so I used the nhs 111 service.
Which again,
I cannot rate enough. Within a couple of hours I had an appointment to see a doctor at qa who was able to assess me and solve any issues I had, which in the end involved me staying in that night for monitoring and eventually a set of antibiotics.
Overall, every stage I've been through, the stag did everything to keep me informed and in the know for what has been going on.
I can't rate them enough.
I'm due to start physio therapy soon and can only assume I'll continue to have a similar experience.
"Excellent!"
