I made a urology complaint in February 2017.
Still waiting for a reply well beyond time period set by the freeman for a response.
You accuse a patient of missing an appointment that did not exist and I'm still waiting for an apology.
Although to be fair I have had a lot of apologies from patient relations for their mistakes in their handling of the complaint.
Come on Freeman hospital accept that you got it wrong and pu it right.
On this site you claim to be investigating this?
