What I liked

I went to visit my uncle in Ward 14 and was very impressed with the care he was receiving; the levels of staff and their friendliness and the cleanliness of all the areas I saw.

One hears so much criticism of our NHS these days (and not just from the Americans) but this unit and the people working in it served as an excellent example of what is great about our health service.

I left feeling much happier about my uncle and I know that he is content with the care he is receiving, thank you very much.
